Introduction: Bovine mastitis is an inflammation of mammary glands and secretory tissues. Staphylococcus gender is the main causal agent, due to its capacity to produce different virulence factors. Staphylococcal enterotoxins are a main group of toxins which permit the microorganism to spread in cells and guest tissue, which are disseminated through food products, being responsible of serious food poisoning cases around the world.
