Uniform: Nurse Dress E - 2

This is a white short sleeve nurse uniform dress made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton fabric. It was produced by Hardly Uniforms as part of their Nurse Mates line. The dress zippers down the back about 3/4 of the way and has a decorative waistline.
