Project MAP (Measuring Access and Performance) was conducted to produce baseline estimates for rural condom coverage, quality of coverage, penetration and access in Mubende, Bushenyi, Sironko and Hoima districts in Uganda, April 2006. It also collected information on willingness to stock condoms. This information was collected prior to the launch of Trust condoms in order to provide benchmarks and monitor performance of the PSI/U rural distribution strategy.
