This dataset contains all the data to replicate the analysis performed in the manuscript entitled: "Advances in using Internet searches to track dengue" to be published in the journal PLoS Computational Biology in 2017. Specifically, it contains data for five countries/states: Mexico, Brazil, Thailand, Singapore and Taiwan. For each country/state, the data include: (1) Google Trends data, (2) Google Dengue Trends data, (3) official dengue case counts published by the government
