This is the catalog of 1064 molecular clouds identified in Rice et al. (2016, submitted to ApJ): "A Uniform Catalog of Molecular Clouds in the Milky Way". The all-Galaxy CO survey of Dame, Hartmann, & Thaddeus (2001) is by far the most uniform, large-scale CO survey ever performed in the Galaxy. We have performed a new dendrogram-based decomposition of this CO survey, in which molecular clouds are defined as self-contained, connected regions of emission with an upper bound on complexity. From this, we present a systematically produced catalog of 1064 massive molecular clouds throughout the entire Galactic plane
