The developed by us techniques and methods of the analysis of five years old children’s speech provided an opportunity to identify their age speech and activity features and individual differences, the uneven development in different broadcasting operations and ambiguity in their initial functioning; to establish the inherent levels of broadcasting (high - 11%, sufficient - 24%, average - 47.9%, and the lowest - 17.1%). The conducted experiments give reasons to note the following: speaking in majority of five years old children (89%) is spontaneous and situational; it is mostly involuntary, unintentional, unconscious (is interpreted only its content), not reflexed and almost uncontrollable.
