We present a new large-scale, HI-based reddening map that covers 40% of the sky. We publish two different maps: The E(B-V) reddening map and the underlying HI column density for absolute radial velocities below 90 km/s. Both maps are published in the HEALPix format at 16.1' resolution at an nside of 1024. Examples on how to use this map are available on https://github.com/daniellenz/ebv_tool
