This data was created from an observational study conducted in informal markets in Cambodia. Food contact surfaces (FCS, n=3) and non-food contact surfaces (NFCS, n=3) samples were collected from each vendor (n=16) from each location (n=2) in each season (n=2), with a total of n=384 samples.This dataset was created from results of an observational study conducted in two provinces of Cambodia.
