This investigation aimed to comprehend and evaluate the continuous education for teachers and monitors related to PEDAGOGIA DA ALTERNANCIA and how this education contributes to the professional practice. We interviewed three teachers assigned by SEED and three monitors with graduation level, assigned by ARCAFAR/SUL. In order to collect data, we used a questionnaire with open and closed questions. Evaluation regarding continuous education for teachers and monitors included questions regarding: Courses about PEDAGOGIA DA ALTERNÂNCIA taken by these professionals?
