Suicides have been recognised by World Health Organization (WHO) and some countries, as important health and social problem, demanding scientific research in the fields of dynamics and developmental trends, identification of factors and groups of risk, patterns of suicidal behaviour. The outcomes of these analysis should be the empirical basis of creating suicide prevention programs.
