Epidemiological investigation in theatres of military operations

The organization and implementation of anti-epidemic support in the Polish Armed Forces carrying out mandatory tasks in theatres of military operations poses a difficult and imperceptible problem in the field of medical assistance of military contingents. One of the operative instruments designed for limitation of the spread of infectious diseases and its health consequences among participants of military operations is an epidemiological investigation. Analysis of the real limitations and possibilities in the management of investigative activities constitutes a complex and varied character of issue.
