Autoimmunologiczny zespół niedoczynności wielogruczołowej typu 1 — trudna droga do rozpoznania

Autoimmune polyglandular syndrome type 1 (APS 1) is a rare disease about autosomalrecessivetype of inheritance. There are conditions necessary for the diagnosis of APS 1 — itis the occurrence of 2 of the 3 main components: hypoparathyroidism, adrenal insufficiency,mucosal and/or skin candidiasis. APS 1 may be accompanied by other autoimmune diseasesof the endocrine glands, gastrointestinal tract, skin and humor al and cellular immunity defi -ciencies. Autoimmune polyglandular syndrome type 1 is a difficult diagnostic problem due tothe complicated natural history of the disease, resulting from the variety of symptoms and thesubsequent attachment of disorders in time.The article presents a case of a 6-year-old childwho was diagnosed with APS 1 after more than 5 years.Autoimmunologiczny zespół wielogruczołowy typu 1 (APS 1) jest rzadkim schorzeniem o autosomalno-recesywnym typie dziedziczenia. Warunkiem rozpoznania APS 1 jest wystąpienie 2 z 3 głównych składowych: niedoczynności przytarczyc, niedoczynności kory nadnerczy, kandydozy błon śluzowych i/lub skóry. Mogą mu towarzyszyć inne choroby autoimmunologiczne gruczołów endokrynnych, przewodu pokarmowego, skóry, a także niedobory odporności humoralnej i komórkowej. Zespół zaburzeń wielogruczołowych typu 1 jest trudnym problemem diagnostycznym z uwagi na skomplikowaną historię naturalną choroby, wynikającą z różnorodności objawów oraz kolejnego dołączania się zaburzeń w czasie. W pracy przedstawiono przypadek 6-letniego dziecka, u którego APS 1 rozpoznano dopiero po ponad 5 latach
