Background. The work concerns the possibilities of application of the new thermometric test - cooling test. Material and methods. A study group consisted of 45 subjects, aged 10–60 years. These were patients with diseases causing peripheral circulatory dysfunction - 2 patients with peripheral artery occlusive disease (PAOD), 9 with Raynaud disease, 9 with anorexia nervosa, 2 with psychoneurosis and symptoms suggesting angioneurosis (but clinically without signs of vascular dysfunction), 6 with after-effects of chilblains and 17 with diabetes mellitus type 1.
