FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENYAKIT DEMAM CHIKUNGUNYA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS GANDAPURA KABUPATEN BIREUEN TAHUN 2019
