Bioestimulación de suelo impactado por aceite residual automotriz, y fitorremediación mediante Phaseolus vulgaris con Micromonospora echinospora y Streptomyces griseus

Soil impacted by 85000 ppm of waste residual oil (WRO), mixture of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, and a concentration that according to NOM-138-SEMARNAT/SSA1-2003 (NOM-138) exceeds the maximum limit of 4400 ppm,consequently, any higher value inhibits mineralization of organic matter and causes loss of soil fertility. An alternativesolution for this problem may be biostimulation (BIS) and phytoremediation (PHYTO) that reduce the WRO to a valuelower than the maximum established for this nom. The aims of this work were: a) BIS of soil impacted by 85000 ppm ofWRO, b) PHYTO by P. vulgaris with M. echinospora and/or S. griseus in the decrease of the WRO to the lowest maximum value recognized by NOM-138. In the BIS, the variable-response was the initial and final concentration of WROduring the PHYTO P. vulgaris was planted through the phenology: plant height and root length; and biomass: fresh anddry aerial and radical weight to seedling. The experimental data were analyzed by ANOVA/Tukey HSDP <0.05% with the statistical program Statgraphics Centurion. The results indicated that the BIS of the soil by 85000 of WRO decreased it to 29000 ppm in 150 days, in the PHYTO by P. vulgaris with M. echinospora and/or S. griseus decreased it to1492 ppm in 180 days. It is concluded that the BIS/PHYTO soil contaminated by a relatively high concentration ofARA, it was the alternative to solve this environmental problem. El suelo impactado por 85000 ppm de aceite residual automotriz (ARA), mezcla de hidrocarburos alifáticos y aromáticos, concentración que de acuerdo con la NOM-138-SEMARNAT/SSA1-2003 (NOM-138), supera el límite máximopermitido de 4400 ppm, en consecuencia, cualquier valor superior inhibe la mineralización de la materia orgánicacausando perdida de la fertilidad del suelo. Una alternativa de solución para este problema, puede ser la bioestimulación(BIS) y la fitorremediación (FITO) que reducen el ARA a un valor inferior al máximo establecido por esta noma. Losobjetivos de esta investigación fueron: i) BIS de suelo contaminado por 85000 ppm de ARA, ii) FITO mediante P.vulgaris con M. echinospora y/o S. griseus en el decremento del ARA a valor menor máximo reconocido por la NOM138. En la BIS, la variable-respuesta fue la concentración inicial y final de ARA, en la FITO se sembró P. vulgarismediante la fenología: altura de planta, longitud radical, biomasa: peso fresco/seco aéreo y radical de la plántula. Losdatos experimentales se analizaron por ANOVA/Tukey HSDP<0.05% con el programa estadístico Statgraphics Centurion. Los resultados indicaron que la BIS del suelo por 85000 de ARA la decreció hasta 29000 ppm en 150 días, en laFITO mediante P. vulgaris con M. echinospora M. echinospora y/o S. griseus la disminuyeron hasta 1492 ppm en 180días.
