Este artigo aborda a inovatividade no contexto da orientação empreendedora, considerada a tendência a inovar de uma organização. Tem por objetivo consolidar um conjunto de elementos que caracterizam a inovatividade em empresas de software consideradas empreendedoras, a partir da literatura e da prática organizacional. A revisão teórica faz uma retomada conceitual sobre orientação empreendedora e inovatividade, e apresenta a base conceitual adotada no estudo.
