This article aims at addressing the question of textual fragmentation in some works by Edgar Allan Poe and Charles Baudelaire as tributary to the aesthetics of the fragment as discussed by Friedrich Schlegel. The objective is to study how those authors would have created their own aesthetics of the fragment.
