Studies concerning the work of people with disabilities are still insufficient (TEODÓSIO et al., 2004; TANAKA and MANZINI, 2005) and recent (CARVALHO-FREITAS and MARQUES, 2010a), and in general, restricted to recruitment practices and selection (SCHWARZ and HABER, 2009). On the other hand, the importance of promoting effective management of inclusion has a legal basis in the Quota Act, as well as a strategic component, given the context of diversity management.
