Estudos epidemiológicos mostram que as Lesões por Esforços Repetitivos (LER) ou Distúrbios Osteomusculares Relacionados ao Trabalho (DORT) ocupam o primeiro lugar entre as doenças ocupacionais. Entretanto, há poucos estudos sobre a abordagem clínica da fisioterapia em saúde ocupacional. O objetivo deste estudo é relatar a evolução de um caso de DORT tratado apenas com fisioterapia. A paciente apresentava diagnóstico de cervicobraquialgia referindo quadro álgico há três anos. O tratamento teve duração de dezenove sessões. TENS, massoterapia e cinesioterapia foram os principais recursos utilizados.
