This article focuses the development of the project on continuing education of inservice chemistry teachers. This project was developed in Ribeirão Preto, SP, Brazil. It aims the construction of space-time for collective reflection about construction of school knowledge in chemistry. When I analyse the conditions of work (of these teachers) I see several trammels to production of a methodology of teaching, so I prepared a program to help teachers to take over this challenge.
