AIM: To investigate the diffusion characteristics of water of optic nerve and optic radiation in healthy adults and its related factors by diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) at 3T.METHODS: A total of 107 healthy volunteers performed head conventional MRI and bilateral optic nerve and optic radiation DTI.
