In this work the quality of grape seed oil obtained by extraction with supercritical carbon dioxide was studied. At the optimun operating conditions (313 K and 25 MPa), the yield of supercritical extraction is similar to the conventional extraction by liquid solvent, but the quality of the grape seed oil extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide is higher.
