The main aim of this study is to examine the impact of work-life balance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance among administrative staff in Northern region universities in Malaysia. The study indicates a strong significance of the variables in explaining employees’ performance within the context of Northern region universities in Malaysia.
