This study aims to examine the factors that influence the readiness to change among teachers of secondary schools in Kubang Pasu, Kedah. There are three dimensions of the independent variable namely attitude toward change, perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. A total of 320 sets of questionnaires were distributed to teachers of secondary schools in Kubang Pasu, Kedah and only 274 questionnaires were returned and analyzed. Data were analyzed using the "Statistical Package for Social Science" (SPSS) version 22.0.
