This purpose of this study is to identify the relation between a perceive stress and the career and personal factors in a workforce environment. A perceive stress can be measured as the level of anxiety, depressions, attitudes and emotional controls, where the level of stress in the workforce can be measured as task time, the load of the job, family factors and financial matters.
