The purpose of this research is to evaluate the relationship between hygiene factors and job satisfaction of employees in the Asset Maintenance Department at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. The main objectives of the study were; to determine the relationship between hygiene factors and employee’s job satisfaction and; to determine the relationship between four aspect of hygiene factor (work conditions, salary, promotion and interpersonal relationship) and employee’s job satisfaction.
