The aim of this research is to see whether there is a correlation between the leadership behaviour of the principal and the level of job satisfaction based on the teachers’ evaluation. It is also an effort to find out whether supportive, directive, participative and achievement oriented leadership behaviours have any correlation with teacher job satisfaction. 246 teachers from three secondary schools that have form six classes in Pasir Mas were selected.
