The Royal Malaysian Police has launched the service friendly program among it members to improve their organizational image. This program is carried out with the members of the Royal Malaysian Police to uphold a high level of commitment in achieving intended objectives. This study is aimed to see the relationship between the perception climate of the organization and the commitment in making the service friendly program a success among the police personals at the enquiry office in various police stations in Ampang Jaya, Selangor Police District.
