The research was conducted to determine the sources and level of stress experienced by secondary school administrators in the southern part of the West Coast of Sabah. The respondents comprised of secondary principals, senior assistants (administration, students affairs and co-curriculum) and afternoon supervisors. The study was also to find out the corellation between the level of stress at work and the demographic factor as well as organizational climate. Questionnanaires were used as the research instrument. The study focused on 41 secondary schools in the southern part of West Coast Of Sabah as the research population.
