The purpose of the study is to measure the level of the job satisfaction, to ascertain and identify the work factors (relationship, rewards, support and organization structure) and demographics criteria (age, gender, marital status, academic qualification, job categories, tenure and salary categories) that can influence the job satisfaction among the staff of the Federal Territory, Social Security Organization (SOCSO), Kuala Lumpur. Quantitive method was used where 78 set of questionnaires were distributed and the respons was 99% where 77 questionnaires were returned and could be tabulated for the study.
