This research which was carried out in Sungai Petani Industrial Estate, Kedah, wishes to study the perception of respondents with regard to the factors that influence the training effectiveness and its relationship with training effectiveness. The questionnaire used in this research consists of 3 main parts. The first part which is regarding the respondent demography contains 9 questions. Questionnaire regarding independent variables dimension such as the trainers, managerial support, training curriculum, attitudes of the trainees, training techniques and training materials consists of 46 questions, where as training effectiveness dimensions consist of 6 questions.
