This survey focuses on the responses of teachers towards the effectiveness of the management of in-house trainings in thirteen secondary schools in the District of Kota Setar, in Kedah Darul Aman. The purpose of this survey is to analyse the effectiveness of in-house training programmes at the levels of in-house training programme management and the effectiveness of in-house trainings. This study also aims to analyse the correlation between the management level and the effectiveness of the in-house trainings. Two hundred and seventy four respondents or 27.6 % from 993 population involved in this research.
