The purpose of the research was to identify the relationship between demographic factors and occupational stress at Permintex Holdings Sdn Bhd, and also to determine the relationship between demographic factors and workplace deviant behavior. Furthermore, this study also tried to determine the relationship between occupational stress and workplace deviant behavior.
