If, on the one hand, students attending higher education in the country present several demands, especially psychosocial, faculties seek to offer psychological services as part of the institutional arrangements. The purpose of this article is to discuss the psychologist 's possibilities with Higher Education students based on a typology of cases in these services. Methodologically, we used a bibliographical research difficulty of learning of the higher level academics, the complaints of failure in the scope of the schooling process and the associated factors, as well as concepts of brief psychotherapy instrumentalized to this type of care.
