The study examined the effect of the big five personality traits on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among healthcare workers in Kenya. The study utilized a correlational descriptive study design and collected data using a self-administered questionnaire. In all, 252 healthcare workers comprising Medical doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, and Lab Technologist participated in the study. Using descriptive statistics and multi-linear regression analysis, the study showed significant relations between the Big Five personality traits with job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
