This study investigated the impact of corporate culture dimensions (empowerment, competence development, fair rewards and information sharing) on the affective, continuance, and normative organizational commitment in the banking sector in Kuwait. An empirical analysis was conducted across permanent, full-time and part-time employees (managers and non-managers) of five large private banks in Kuwait (n = 398). Both Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and hierarchical regression analyses were used to draw the relationship between these variables. The results showed that sixty percent of variables confirmed previous studies and the remaining ones, surprisingly, were in conflict with previous studies due to some specific Kuwaiti cultural factors...
