FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBERHASILAN WANITA BERWIRAUSAHA (KASUS PADA WIRAUSAHA WANITA DI KOTA PADANG)

The study aims to determine the factors that affect women entrepreneurship in the city of Padang. The reason for determining the research location of Padang City because Padang City is one of the most populous areas in West Sumatra is also occupied by many women entrepreneurs. The sampling of the research was done by purposive sampling with a number of criteria determined by the researcher. This research was conducted in Padang City with the respondents of the research are women entrepreneurs in Padang City who have started a business at least 5 years and succeed. This research method is descriptive quantitative with data analysis method using regression and correlation analysis. Factors that will be the research variables are interest factor, age factor, experience factor and education factor. The results of the research with regression calculation can be known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.661. This means that 66.1% of the dependent variable is the success of entrepreneurship woman can be explained by independent variable that is motivation, age, education, pangalaman and husband role. while 33.9% success of entrepreneurship woman can be explained by other variable not included in this research.Keyword: entrepreneur, quantitative, interest, ag
