Globalization; diversified workforce; new technology; and dynamic, innovative and chaotic environment are not merely buzzwords but are harsh realities, which contemporary mangers have to face and deal on a regular basis. Thus, managers and policymakers are required to update these work-related practices to cater to the challenges they face on a daily basis.
