Comportamiento productivo de algunos tipos de huevos clasificados como defectuosos procedentes de reproductores pesados (h2 eb) en el proceso de incubación

The work was carried out at the 501 incubation plant where eggs from the breeding farm are incubated to obtain the broiler chickens. Eggs classified as defective and suitable were incubated. The biological control indicators were measured at 6, 11 and 18 days, as well as the final result of the incubation at 21 days. In the biological control at six days it was detected that the rough eggs had the highest amount of unfertilized with 18.8%, while the best results corresponded to the fit and deformed with 1.1% respectively. The same results were obtained in embryos with normal development, where the rough eggs were the worst with 50%, being the fit and deformed, the best results with 91.1 and 83%, respectively. It is interesting to note that large eggs begin to be the worst behavior, in an indicator as important as the open allantoid with 26.6%, in the first experiment and in the biological control itself at 11 days, in which the small ones they had a high number of dead embryos (14.4%). The biological control performed at 19 days had no aspects in which any type of eggs stood out. At the end of the incubation at 21 days, the most outstanding results corresponded to the fit and deformed eggs with the highest hatchability (71.1 and 72% respectively).El trabajo se realizó en la planta de incubación 501 donde se incuban huevos procedentes de la granja de reproductoras para obtener los pollos de ceba. Se incubaron huevos clasificados como defectuosos y aptos. Se midieron los indicadores de los controles biológicos a los 6, 11 y 18 días, así como el resultado final de la incubación a los 21 días. En el control biológico a los seis días se detectó que los huevos rugosos presentaron la mayor cantidad de no fecundados con 18,8%, mientras que los mejores resultados correspondieron a los aptos y deformes con 1,1% respectivamente. Iguales resultados se obtuvieron en los embriones con desarrollo normal, donde los huevos rugosos fueron los peores con 50%, siendo los aptos y deformes, los de mejores resultados con 91,1 y 83 %, respectivamente. Resulta interesante destacar que los huevos grandes comienzan a ser los de peor comportamiento, en un indicador tan importante como la alantoides abierta con 26,6 %, en el primer experimento y en el propio control biológico a los 11 días, en el que los pequeños tuvieron un número elevado de embriones muertos (14,4%). El control biológico realizado a los 19 días no tuvo aspectos en que se destacara ningún tipo de huevos. Al culminar la incubación a los 21 días, los resultados más sobresalientes correspondieron a los huevos aptos y deformes con las incubabilidades más altas (71,1 y 72 % respectivamente)
