Along with the development of technology that creates innovation in sales, namely online sales. Make it easy for sellers to sell merchandise without having to bother opening a stall and arranging merchandise. Then make it easier for buyers to choose items with the desired criteria. And also facilitate buying and selling transactions according to the contract. This paper aims to see how the concept of buying and selling is online according to the perspective of Islamic law. The method used in this paper is a qualitative descriptive approach. Online sales have fulfilled the agreement contract according to sharia rules such as the existence of sellers, buyers and sighah.
