O movimento da Tecnologia Social: uma revisão sistemática de seus elementos estruturantes entre 2007 e 2017

Social Technology (ST) is a movement under construction that guides the development of products, processes, techniques or methodologies, based on the users’ needs, aiming at social inclusion. Thus, this article aimed to investigate the characteristics of the Structuring Elements of ST, through a Systematic Review of the scientific production of the last 10 years. It was analyzed 24 articles, from Science Direct and Portal of Newspapers CAPES. The main results showed that: (a) actors from different areas of knowledge participate in the ST movement; (b) the theoretical perspective most closely linked to the research was the Sociotechnical Approach; (c) the principles of the “Learning and Participation as Process” was the most outstanding attribute; (d) The ST, enables social inclusion and contributes to local development; (e) the limits of ST are due to a lack of public policies, management and financial difficulties, and theoretical limitations; (f) there is a close relationship between ST and Solidarity Economy, a fact that does not occur in relation to Social Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility. With this research, it can be verified that the ST movement is multidisciplinary, having as its orientation the emancipation and social inclusion through the criticism and reconstruction of conventional technologies.A Tecnologia Social (TS) é um movimento em construção, que orienta o desenvolvimento de produtos, processos, técnicas ou metodologias, a partir da necessidade dos usuários, visando à inclusão social. Assim, este artigo teve como objetivo investigar as características dos Elementos Estruturantes da TS, por meio de uma Revisão Sistemática (RS) da produção científica dos últimos 10 anos. Foram analisados 24 artigos, da Science Direct e do Portal Periódicos CAPES. Os principais resultados evidenciaram que: (a) atores de diferentes áreas do conhecimento participam do movimento da TS; (b) a perspectiva teórica mais vinculada nas pesquisas foi a Abordagem Sociotécnica; (c) o princípio da “Aprendizagem e Participação como Processo” foi o atributo mais destacável; (d) a TS possibilita a inclusão social e contribui para o desenvolvimento local; (e) os limites da TS são devidos a falta de políticas públicas, dificuldades de gestão e financeira, e limitações teóricas; (f) há uma estreita relação entre a TS e a Economia Solidária, fato que não ocorre em relação à Inovação Social e à Responsabilidade Social Corporativa. Com esta pesquisa, pode-se constatar que o movimento da TS é multidisciplinar, tendo como orientação a emancipação e inclusão social por meio da crítica e reconstrução das tecnologias convencionais
