Educabilidad y normalidad. Imaginarios de maestros en formación

This article presents the results of the research “the Educability of the subject: an approach from the social imaginary of teachers under trainingâ€; whose purpose was to understand the dynamics of trainee teachers’ social imaginary about educability as a dimension of pedagogy. The reference for the study was based on the theory of social imaginary and its applications in education.The approach and design has been developed leaning on the main functions of discourse analysis and its relations with the dimensions of the social imaginary; the data analysis was performed based on the social coordinates. The study shows that the dynamics of the social imaginary, that trainee teachers configure, is set from what is socially agreed and accepted as imaginary instituted, this with occasional hints of radical/instituting imaginary. In this sense, it gathers the normalization in educational institutions, but then again it gathers projects and psychosomatic demonstrations, some of which are seen as an option for social realization. Therefore, the processes of education and teacher training, are composed, primarily, by practical knowledge and permeated by disciplinary and pedagogical knowledge, curriculum and teaching, but at the same time, crossed by the everyday symbolic and cultural baggage that trainee teacher brings along.Se presentan los resultados de la investigación “la Educabilidad del sujeto: una aproximación desde los imaginarios sociales de maestros en formación†cuyo propósito fue comprender la dinámica de los imaginarios sociales de los maestros en formación sobre la educabilidad como una dimensión de la pedagogía. Se tomó como referencia la teoría de los imaginarios sociales y las aplicaciones de esta Educación. El enfoque y diseño se desarrolló desde la complementariedad, apoyándose en los análisis del discurso desde sus funciones principales y sus relaciones con las dimensiones del imaginario social: (referencial: imaginario social instituido; expresiva y pragmática: imaginario social radical/instituyente. El análisis de la información se realizó desde la lógica de coordenadas sociales. El estudio muestra que la dinámica de los imaginarios sociales que configuran los maestros en formación se define desde lo acordado y validado socialmente como imaginario instituido, con asomos esporádicos de imaginarios radical/instituyentes. En tal sentido, recoge aquello normalizado en las instituciones educativas, aunque alberga proyectos y movilizaciones psicosomáticas, algunas de las cuales se perfilan  como opción de realización social. Así, los procesos de educación y de formación de formadores, están configurados sobre todo por un saber práctico y permeados por los conocimientos disciplinares, del saber pedagógico, curricular y didáctico, pero al mismo tiempo, están cruzados por la carga simbólica, cultural y cotidiana que trae consigo el maestro que se forma.Palabras clave: Educability and normal.
