Airport management is now become a more business-like market. The research of commercialization and privatization in the Melbourne Airport focuses on a study of airport management and the strategies used in facing the growing aviation transport demand and the airport competitions. The combination of theoretical analysis and case study of Melbourne Airport is used in this paper.
