This paper analyses the historiography of the Secondary Education in the Community of Madrid. The study refers to the contemporary period (nineteenth and twentieth centuries) and focuses especially on the works of historiography published during the last decades.En este trabajo se analiza la historiografía sobre la educación secundaria en la Comunidad de Madrid.
