In pediatric ages are used for the treatment of frequent vomiting, especially at the age of 3 years old, medicines such as metoclopramide against vomiting from gastrointestinal disorders, ect. The most common use is Reglan solution, but its dose should be strictly observed because the therapeutic dose is limited, overdose is easily achievable to give expressive effects to the extrapyramidal central nervous system. Purpose of the study was to detect the frequent side-effects of the extrapyramidal nervous system that are due to the oral overdose of Reglan to the pediatric ages.
