The Internet is a network that consists of millions of private, public, academic, business and government networks, both local and global, linked by a wide array of electronic, wireless, and optical networking technologies. By increasing the use of the Internet and the creation of computer networks has increased the significance of what is called internet language . Since the internet gives space for free expression to everyone, this working paper aims to give examples and to reveal the fact that this freedom has been misused in the name of freedom of expression through hate speech, defamation and prejudice expressed through comments.
