Examination of the psychometric properties of the Student Attitude Scale towards Extracurricular Sport Activities (SASESA)Ders Dışı Sportif Etkinliklere Yönelik Öğrenci Tutum Ölçeğinin psikometrik özelliklerinin incelenmesi (DSEÖTÖ)

In this research is aimed to develop a measurement tool which can measure the attitudes of students towards extracurricular sports activities as valid and reliable. The research is designed with exploratory sequential patterns from mixed research approaches. The study was conducted on three different study groups consisting of 494 students (1.group: 214; 2.group: 197; 3.group: 83) participating from different high schools in 2017-2018 academic years. In order to provide evidence for the psychometric properties of the measuring tool, analyzes were first made on the validity of the structure. EFA was applied within the scope of construction validity; CFA was used to assess the relevance of the resulting structure of the EFA resulting from a different study group. As a result of the EFA, a structure consisting of 18 items and three sub-dimensions explaining 64,318 % of the total variance was obtained. Within the scope of item analysis, the corrected total item test correlation was examined in order to determine the distinction of the items and the difference between the item point average of 27% over the total score and the item point average was compared. The reliability of the instrument was examined by Cronbach's Alpha internal consistency coefficient and test-retest techniques. It can be said that “The Student Attitude Scale for Extracurricular Sport Activities” is a data collection tool that can make valid and reliable measurements and that students have a measurable attitude towards extracurricular sport activities.Extended English summary is in the end of Full Text PDF (TURKISH) file. ÖzetBu çalışmada ders dışı sportif etkinliklere yönelik öğrencilerin tutumlarını ölçebilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma karma araştırma yaklaşımlarından keşfedici sıralı desen ile tasarlanmıştır. Çalışma 2017-2018 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında farklı lise türlerine devam eden 494 öğrenciden (1.grup: 214; 2.grup: 197; 3.grup: 83) oluşan üç farklı çalışma grubu üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçme aracının psikometrik özelliklerine kanıt sağlamak amacıyla ilk olarak yapı geçerliği sınanmıştır. Yapı geçerliği kapsamında Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi yapılmıştır. Ortaya konan yapının sonuçlarının uygunluğunu denemek için farklı çalışma grubu üzerinde Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; 18 madde üç alt boyut ve %64,318 varyans oranına sahip olan bir yapı elde edilmiştir. Madde analizi kapsamında ise madde toplam test korelasyonu ve madde ayırt edici indeksini belirlemek için toplam puan üze-rinden madde puan ortalaması ile % 27 üst-alt grup arasındaki puan ortalamaları karşılaştırılmıştır. Ölçme aracının güve-nirliğine yönelik Cronbach Alpha İç Güvenirlik Katsayısı ve Test-tekrar test güvenirliği hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen analizler sonucunda “Ders dışı sportif etkinliklere yönelik tutum ölçeği” öğrencilerin tutumlarını ölçebilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu söylenebilir
