This study investigated the impact of organizational justice on specific attitudes and behaviors such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. The data were collected from 511 staff members from ten health and rehabilitation centers in a southern state in the United States. Pearson Correlations and Hierarchical Regression were used to analyze data. The findings revealed that distributive justice influenced job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intentions. Procedural justice is only associated with organizational commitment. Informational justice affected only job satisfaction. Interpersonal justice was not related to any attitude or behavior included in this study. These findings suggest that...
