School improvement includes collaborative activities and planned change to develop teachers, staff, environment and physical conditions. Other hand school effectiveness involves effectively using all resources of school for increasing the success of students. This study aims to investigate Cacabey Primary School, in city of Kırşehir, Turkey in terms of school improvement and school effectiveness paradigm. Case study method is used in this study.
