It is known that systematic power walking reduces the heart rate and blood pressure, and that a one-hour walk burns 400 calories in average.The aim of the study is to examine the effect of walking exercises on the aerobic capacity, body fat rate and blood values of sedentary women. An eight-week walking program is regularly applied to the subjects 3 days a week.
